Participants will create a personalized D.O.S.E. plan to support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We'll then transition into Respira & Vibe, an uplifting ecstatic dance experience where you'll be invited to move freely, release stress, reconnect with your body, and experience the very concepts we just discussed.

No dance experience is needed.
