At Respira Counseling & Wellness, LLC we believe in the value of a Mind, Body, and Spiritual approach to your healing journey. By incorporating self-care practices, individuals learn to set healthy boundaries, prioritize their needs, and practice acts of kindness towards themselves. We aspire to provide our community with inexpensive and consistent access to opportunities to engage in practices that nurture resiliency and connection to themselves and their community.
With this mission in mind, The Respira Social Club was created!
The Respira Social Club offers monthly, in-person social wellness workshops and activities designed to help you tap into your creativity, build community, and nurture your self-care all in an inclusive and safe space. Events will be focusing on self-love and healing while sharing laughs, uplifting conversations, and moments of joy.
At Respira Wellness social events, you can look forward to a diverse range of activities, from art and music to dancing, nature hikes, and more—there’s truly something for everyone! These events are designed to bring like-minded individuals together in a supportive space, offering opportunities to connect, share, and grow.
You might even discover something new or try a creative activity for the first time! Plus, most events include light snacks and beverages to keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable (unless noted otherwise). Join us for an uplifting and enriching time!
