Get ready to decorate, compete, connect, and give thanks! Join Respira Counseling & Wellness, LLC for our Respira Teen Social Club: Friendsgiving Cupcake Wars, a fun-filled gathering where teens can unleash their creativity, enjoy friendly competition, and connect with others in a welcoming space.

Participants will decorate their own cupcakes, enjoy music and teamwork, and take part in our Gratitude Wall, sharing the things they appreciate most. We’ll also explore the value of gratitude journaling, discuss how practicing gratitude can support emotional well-being, and review simple routines teens can incorporate into their everyday lives.

Your $25 ticket includes:

- All cupcake decorating supplies

- One cupcake per participant to decorate

- A gratitude journal self-care kit to take home

- Fun, connection, creativity, and friendly competition!
